Can I buy your ceramics in stores?
Yes! You can find our products not only online but also at art and design fairs , where we regularly participate. You can most often find us in Krakow, but we are increasingly visiting other major cities in Poland and events abroad. We publish information about upcoming fairs on our social media.

Are all products handmade?
Yes. Each product is made in a small workshop near Krakow. All items are hand-formed on a potter's wheel or modeled. This makes each piece unique and may vary slightly from the next.
Can I order ceramics in a different color or shape?
Yes, we accept custom orders – you can choose the color, pattern, or even request entire sets tailored to your needs. Just contact us before purchasing.
Is ceramic dishwasher and microwave safe?
All our dishes are glazed and high-temperature fired, making them dishwasher and microwave safe. Detailed information can be found in each product description.
How do you pack ceramics so they don't break?
We package each product very securely , using multiple layers of protection (paper, foil, and eco-friendly fillers). Packages are marked as fragile. To date, the vast majority of shipments have arrived undamaged.
What if the product breaks in transit?
If, despite our precautions, your product arrives damaged, simply send us photos. We'll replace it or refund your money.
Can I return a purchased product?
Yes, as an individual customer you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it (in accordance with consumer law).
The exception are products made to individual order - these are non-returnable.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders (e.g. for restaurants, cafes)?
Yes, we prepare individual quotes for larger B2B orders. Contact us and we will prepare an offer tailored to your company.
What payment methods are available?
We offer online payments (Blik, quick transfer, card) as well as traditional bank transfer.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, we also ship our products internationally. Shipping costs and processing times vary by country – details are discussed individually.
How often do new products appear in the store?
Our store operates primarily through drops , meaning we release a new collection of ceramic products periodically (on average once or twice a week). This makes each drop unique, and products are available in limited quantities. We recommend following the information in the bar at the top of the page and on our social media.
